Downtown Front Royal, Inc. is a not-for-profit, community development organization and a Virginia Main Street Program DHCD Commercial District Affiliate. DFR works with various organizations throughout the community to showcase the beauty, strength and vitality of our historic downtown area.
DFR is committed to preserving, promoting and developing downtown as the center of the Front Royal/Warren County community. We host events throughout downtown that encourage residents and visitors alike to enjoy the Gazebo, great shopping, and outstanding restaurants. Throughout the spring, summer and fall, we sponsor the Front Royal Farmers' Market, growing our local food economy by supporting regional food and farm entrepreneurs. Each November & December we transform downtown with our Home for the Holidays events, which include the Royal Illumination, the Christmas Parade, and other Holiday community gatherings.

Just For Fun Fashion Show – Great fashion doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg. Saturday, April 28, from 10:00AM to Noon, join Front Royal-Warren County Thrift & Consignment shops for a FREE fashion show at the Gazebo. Let your local merchants show you how to stretch your dollar to dress every member of your family in great summer style. No charge for admission, just fun with friends and neighbors modeling great fashions from local second hand stores. Saturday the 28th is also the date for the next Cash Mob on Main Street. See how far your dollars can stretch, and, you won’t have to worry about your credit card bill in May!
Alright, guys and gals. Dancin' Downtown returns Saturday, June 2. Headlining will be Fredericksburg's "The Glass Onion Band." Check them out at glassonionbandva.net. Wanna get in free? We're looking for volunteers.
